Choose from a 1mile Walk/Run, 5K Walk/Run, Kiddie Ride, Family Fun Ride in residential areas and two challenging Bike Rides that travel through Prince George’s County and the Henson Creek Trail. Each Walk, Run, Ride are in support of Prostate Cancer Awareness in Prince George’s County and surrounding Maryland jurisdictions.

Can’t make the ride, but want to join the cause? A portion of the proceeds will be attributed towards prostate cancer screening , education and establishing support groups. Donations will be made to the Community Ministry of Prince George’s County to support the human service needs and improve the health outcomes and quality of life of the residence of Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Safety, Rules and Guidelines as required by Maryland Bike Laws:

  • All participants are required to obey all local and state bicycle traffic laws.
  • All Participants must ride single file as required by law, if not ticketing may occur.
  • All participants are required to wear helmets that are of ANSI/ SNELL/CPSC approval.
  • Please be respectful of other participants and vehicles sharing the road.
  • Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have parental or guardian consent to participate in the event.
  • All minor participants must be under adult supervision at all times.
  • An electronic participant waiver is required to complete the registration process.

First Aid & Emergency Needs

There will be a limited amount of first-aid kits at rest stops, and local emergency services will be on standby. Please carry your cell phone (use a waterproof cover) with an emergency contact programmed into it or carry an emergency contact card.

Bicycle Repairs

Bike repair services will be located on site at Iverson Mall (depending on needs, a

fee may apply). A support and gear (SAG) vehicle will be available during the ride.
